I am a policeman and have been working with the force for over 10 years. Although I consider myself a very professional cop, I was unable to get any significant promotion. Competition has become very tough in the police force as new kids are coming up with professional college degrees. When it comes to promotion, they eventually get a go-ahead instead of the seniors. The changing dynamics of police and the troubles faced by veteran police offices has forced many to pursue a professional degree. I am not a very intelligent man when it comes to studies. Therefore, I was not interested in allocating in spending my free time in earning a college degree. I have a family life and they deserve my free time. Additionally, I cannot afford spending thousands of dollars on education. Thank God, I was able to learn about an online college degree. That was the time when I was almost on the verge of dropping my idea for further education. An online criminal justice degree at highly affordable rates was just like a dream come true. I have studied their course outline and it is very modern and up to standard police guidelines. I am hoping to get a promotion after completing my degree.
